 A Tour of Boathouse Point

All three bedrooms are located on the second level, along with a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination off the hallway. The first bedroom has one queen-size bed, the second has two queen-size beds. The Master Bedroom has two Queen size beds and an ensuite / Master bathroom with a shower. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided and kindly intended for indoor use only.

A half-bath/powder room and laundry area with a full-size washing machine and dryer are located on the main level.

The living is equipped with a 55″ smart TV so you can log into your Hulu or Netflix. A Sonos sound system is wired throughout the first floor and back patio area, which can be accessed via the Sonos app and a Bluetooth connection. WiFi is also included.

The eat-in kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee machine, and dinnerware, silver, and cookware. There is a Weber gas grill on the back patio with a full propane tank.

The dock is shared with neighboring property. Access to one side is available during your stay.
